§1 Scope and definitions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services via the online shophttps://cardloader.eubetween us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

The presentation of the goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The order takes place in the following steps:

  1. Selection of the desired goods,
  2. Adding the goods to the shopping cart,
  3. Checking the information in the shopping cart,
  4. accessing the checkout,
  5. Entering or checking contact, delivery and payment details,
  6. final check of the order,
  7. binding dispatch of the order by clicking the final purchase button.

Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can check, change or cancel the ordering process at any time. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email. With this confirmation or at the latest with dispatch of the goods, we accept the offer.

We save the contract text and send the customer the order details and these General Terms and Conditions by email. §3 Prices, shipping costs, payment and due date

The prices stated include statutory sales tax and other price components, if applicable. In addition, there are any shipping costs that will be displayed in the checkout before completing the order.

The payment methods available in checkout may vary depending on the country, shopping cart and payment provider. Possible payment methods include, in particular, credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna or other payment methods offered via Shopify or connected payment service providers.

The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise stated in the checkout or with the respective payment provider.

§4 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer in the checkout. Information about delivery times and shipping costs can be found on the “Shipping” page&Payment” and in the checkout.

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the product description or in the checkout, we usually ship available goods within a few working days after receipt of payment or conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, the deadline ends on the next working day.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid pre-orders or reservations after a reasonable period of time if payment is not made despite notification.

When purchasing consumer goods, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold is only transferred when the goods are handed over to the customer or an authorized recipient designated by the customer.

For delivery, necessary contact and shipping data can be transmitted to the respective shipping service provider, provided this is necessary to carry out the delivery.

If the customer gives the shipping service provider a drop-off permit or a comparable delivery instruction, the terms and conditions of the respective shipping service provider also apply.

In the event of refusal of acceptance, undeliverable shipment or redelivery, additional shipping or return costs may arise if the customer is responsible for the circumstances.

§5 Retention of title

We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer

§7 Sample cancellation form

§8 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§9 Contract language

German is available as the contract language. If the shop is displayed in other languages, this is for better comprehensibility; In case of doubt, the German version of the legal texts remains decisive.
